I voted for 5. My reason for that would be to end the Private/Public debate. All public schools would play in classes 1-4 A and 5-A would be all private schools. IMO that would be in my mind (and to steal an idea from Miley Cyrus) "the best of both worlds!"

 

So how would this be fair for smaller private schools? They wouldn't have a chance. The only logical classification system would be to match up classes based on size of school.
