April 17, 201016 yr I have only heard of seven girls in the car. Most ejected but most were wearing seatbelts from the account I heard. 4 flips, very violent accident. OK. I'm having trouble wrapping my mind round 7 girls and their gear fitting in a Passport. 2 have been released from the hospital.

Its tough looking at the group picture on Cincinnati.com when you have a daughter who attended the school , you look at their sweet faces, and you know one of the girls in the picture really well. I'd also challenge any of you parents (or future parents) to not just assume that your children know that you are proud of them and that you love them. Wrap them in your arms , give them a kiss, and TELL THEM that you love them. They may not act like its a big deal to hear it but I know in my heart that it is.

April 17, 201016 yr I heard about this crash on the 5am news this morning, but I had no idea there were any Kentucky ties. Prayers for all the families and these girls.

Either way, it's such a terrible accident. My first thought, outside of trying to imagine what these families are going through, is that my kids are never going on spring break. But then I realize, this could've easily happened here on their way to the movies or something. Our thoughts go out to the families and NDA/CCH communities.
April 17, 201016 yr Author Clearly 8 seats and belts in the Honda Pilot. Clyde was right, 8 girls were involved. Megan Downing was the one I had not heard of until this morning.
