Classic game. Congrats to Duke, the unquestioned team of the last quarter century.

Got hot at the right time. Duke did enough to win. I thought Heward's fadeaway 12 footer was a really tough shot. Should have been able to get a better look.

yea baby.. GO DUKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats NCAA and Duke, you got what you all wanted.

Butler represented themselves very well. Many had buried them before they even started the game, strangely doubting a team that had proved the doubters wrong all through the tourney. Heck, I had them going out in the first round on my sheet. They've got nothing to hang their heads about, it was an excellent performance. For Duke, a return to the promised land for the first time in 8 years, which really felt like a drought didn't it?

:puke:

Butler almost did it, gotta give it to them.

Congrats NCAA and Duke, you got what you all wanted.

 :ohbrother:

Howard might have a career in football.

What a game. Toe to toe the entire game slugging it out. Butler had to have gained a ton of fans tonight.

Congratulations to Duke.

First off, hats off to Butler. What a great game that was!

Now time to celebrate. HOW ABOUT THE DUKIES!!!! All year we Duke fans took everything from UK fans, and I dont even care anymore! It feels great to be back on top!

Party at RP's tonight:dancingpa:dancingpa:dancingpa

I agree with what Clark Kellogg said there at the end...Butler has nothing to hang their heads about, they played a great game and did not lose it...Duke simply won it. Great game!

Good fight Butler.

Howard might have a career in football.

After watching the replay, it was clean. Stopped and set a legal screen, really smart play to free up the dribbler.

Congrats NCAA and Duke, you got what you all wanted.

Really?:ohbrother::taz:

Simply a classic title game. Wasn't always pretty, but both teams fought hard and gave great effort throughout. Congrats to the Dookies on the board. Enjoy it tonight...
