March 11, 201016 yr Why do you say that? I live in NKY and work in Cincinnati and I buy an Ale 8 two or three times a week on my lunch break. You can find it all over the place...around up this way at least. It's all over the place in Lexington. I'm not a huge fan but people drink it like they're running out of it around UK's campus.

March 11, 201016 yr If the system stays upset for quite a while, remember the BRAT diet when you're ready for food. Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.
March 11, 201016 yr Author I don't think an Al&8 would work the gatorade didn't work out to well. My brother is going to get me a Sprite now. My stomach is the only thing upset haven't had to go to the bathroom at all.

March 11, 201016 yr Lukewarm 7-Up is always a good choice, I was told while growing up. But if that don't work, there's always the hair of the dog.
March 12, 201016 yr As a long time nurse and mom, Pepto Bismol is my all time favorite "upstairs" and "downstairs" medicine. It is a must have for all medicine cabinets. After that, ice chips and water. After that, the body pretty much tells you what you can do.
