February 7, 201016 yr Going to be heading over to a buddy's in E'town here in the next few minutes to get the grill started. I've got four racks of ribs, and am going to vary things up from rack to rack. At least one will be my candy apple cajun spice ribs, and I may do two that way. On one of them I'm going to try a curry seasoning I picked up and see what happens. The other is going to be a sweet honey BBQ.

February 7, 201016 yr I am throwing a Weight Watchers Super Bowl party for my family and two other families. 5 of the 6 adults are making serious efforts at cutback and then we are doing more traditional fare (pizza, et. al.) for the 10 children. I have lost 30 pounds since January 3rd and have no intention of letting the Super Bowl sidetrack me. Menu: teriyaki chicken and peanut-noodle lettuce wraps; low-fat "fresco" burritos with grilled chicken, loin steak, or pork loin; vegetable-rice stuffed mushrooms and vegetable-rice stuffed peppers; garden-vegetable pizza with whole wheat crust; meatless chili; red beans and rice; vegetable tray and lipton onion soup dip made with nonfat sour cream (can't taste the difference, I swear); fruit skewers grilled in honey.
