December 23, 200916 yr Speaking of arm strength, is there anyone else like me that is amazed at how much heat Aaron Rodgers can put on the ball? He doesn't look like he'd have that kind of gun...he looks more like a Montana-type.

December 23, 200916 yr I'll say this much...I've witnessed infinitely more guys who had sub-par arm strength succeed, and some at a very high level, in the NFL than vice-versa. Which players do you have in mind when you say this? I've seen plenty of QB's fail because they don't have the arm. The most glaring example is Ryan Fitzpatrick.
December 23, 200916 yr Brian has all the physical tools to play QB. He has struggled reading defenses. There is a reason why 16-20 guys on the planet can hold down NFL QB jobs. I hope he had time to learn more and I really hope he makes it.

December 26, 200916 yr IN reality he has never struggled to read a defense. He sure did in Green Bay they don't cut you for a 7th round QB in (Flynn) if your picking up the game well. The NFL defenses are very hard to pick up on and some can't do it or it just takes more time. I hope in his case it's just taking more time, he seems like a cerebral kid.
