Congratulations to X. For the second time in the past 10 years X can legitimatly say they have the better team. The joy of the other eight does not lessen the pain of the two. The pain of the two only enhances the joy of the other eight. The work for next year starts soon. Over the long haul, being better than X eight years out of ten is fine. I just never want it to be this year that X has the better team. At the beginning of the year I didn't think this would be a very good Trinity team. They came farther than I thought they could. That will do just fine. See you next year.

Congrats to the Tigers, you have finally put some competition back into this high school classic, at least for this year anyway. The Rocks are loaded for the next three years, look for another three peat.

 

Coach Glaser showed again what a emotional classless caracter he is. The hat trick has to be another one of his embarasing acts,to all tiger fans even though they may not admit it. He has finally won another title, he needs to retire with what little diginity he still has. Again congrats to the Tigers great year.:ohbrother::eek:

Funny, I only care about the kids and what they do after high school. Will they be life champions and be good fathers and husbands? I hope and pray that their life is not defined and determined by what happens on a cold night in December 5, 10, 20 years ago but rather by the people that touch their lives-some of them being Coach Glaser and Coach Beatty. There are many great people on both sides of this rivalry but bringing up 1968 as means of superiority seems a bit shallow.
