Only reason I like Polamalu is because he's a sure tackler. Ed Reed's obviously the bigger playmaker along with his return abilities. Tough decision but I'll take the best tackler in the league.

I'll take Troy as well. On open field tackling he is an :taz:

Based on that I think you have to go with Reed.

Ed Reed is possibly the greatest to ever play his position. While Polamalu is great, and a future HOFer, there's no comparison. Reeds hands down IMO.
