Cats sit at 2-1. Having saw the Cats play 3 games what do you think about the remaining games?

Sat, Oct 3 (3) Alabama 12:21 pm -- We won't score a point

Sat, Oct 10 at South Carolina TBA -- See Alabama

Sat, Oct 17 at Auburn TBA -- Offensive firepower is way more than ours

Sat, Oct 24 Louisiana-Monroe TBA -- Win

Sat, Oct 31 Mississippi State TBA -- At this point 50/50

Sat, Nov 7 Eastern Kentucky TBA -- Win

Sat, Nov 14 at Vanderbilt TBA -- 75/25 (Vandy can't score)

Sat, Nov 21 at (21) Georgia TBA -- maybe 10 points

Sat, Nov 28 Tennessee TBA -- See Alabama

6-6, maybe 5-7....

This team will be lucky to win an SEC game. They may turn it on, but I see no team in the SEC that they are clearly superior to.

This puts us at 6-6 what say you?

That's how I see it playing out also. :thumb:

6-6 at the best. They still have their annual "shouldn't have lost" game coming up somewhere

I'll say 8-4

Wins

Auburn

Louisianna-Monroe

Mississippi State

Eastern Kentucky

Vanderbilt

Tennessee

Losses

Alabama

South Carolina

Georgia

Well, the way the Cats are playing,it doesn't look good for them, but I'm a optimist and I still think somehow the Cats will get it back togather and go 8-4.GO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UK at best will be hoping for a 5-7 season.

Bama Loss

South Carolina Loss

Auburn Loss

Mississippi State Loss

UT Loss

Georgia Loss

From what I am seeing out of the rest of the SEC the Cats are the in the cellar with Vandy. South Carolina, Auburn, Mississippi State and Arkansas have all passed up the Cats. This may be a gloomy forecast for the future.

Alabama- I'd say they have about as good of a shot as they did last week.

South Carolina- Will be low scoring and close, but better UK teams have lost to Spurrier, this one will be no different.

Auburn- Not a good chance here. Auburn can put up the points. I don't know

UL Monroe- Win

Miss St.- 50/50

EKU-Win

Vandy- 50/50

Georgia- They have a chance, IMO. Not a great one, but that defense isn't as tough as others in the SEC. I say 20/80

Tennessee- Shoudl be low scoring. I don't know how many points UK can get on that defense though.

Miss State basically beat LSU today. :thumb:

Never knew basically got a team a W.

There's not a chance in the world that this team reaches 8-4 this season. I love the Cats, but 6-6 would be a success at this point.

Tough schedule. 6-6 is all I was hoping for when the season started. UK is still building its roster and its depth, IMO. And, still searching for a QB. Hopefully, between the two freshmen, they've got one for the future, but that doesn't help now. I'd rather have Florida and 'Bama on the road with Auburn and USC coming to Lexington. Those are tough games, but winning isn't a pipe dream...playing on the road makes it so much more difficult. Florida and 'Bama are losses no matter where they're played.

But, UK is going to have to learn to win on the road if they're going to compete in the SEC.

Right now, they just don't have the offense.

I will say 7-5 as that is what I predicted in the pre-season. They are 2-1 and that is what I thought they would be.

I predicted 7 - 5 to start the season and I'll stick with that. I don't feel as comfortable about it as I did in preseason, but it is very reachable.
