ESPN stated that Highlands was ranked 27th and St. X 30th. Is this an upset?

 

Is this an upset? X has more seniors than highlands has boys in the entire high school! According the the Cincinnati Blogs, The Birds have no business playing the big Cincy teams...

I am just asking because the Birds were ranked higher.
