Just a reminder about the game tomorrow night. Doors open at 6:30 so get there early to enjoy the $1.00 beer. It will be served until the end of the 3rd quarter. Also Icky Woods will be there doing the coin toss and signing for us. Should be a fun and entertaining game.

Well me too of course, but either way this arena stuff is a blast. We are just trying to get everyone out there to come to one game. That's all it takes. It's a ton of fun and the celebrations are second to none. Yes pass the word around all NKU students get in free with their ALLCARD or whatever it is called. I think it is the student ID. Practice went well tonight, it was a lot of fun to get out infront of some fans and let them see the facitlity. It is by far the best in the league. Hope to see everyone there Friday night.

They way the President was talking they were saying they were going to get more. It was a fun place to play and it was loud. I'm hoping that our place and turn into a venue like that. I know we have the facilities, I just want this city and community to get behind this team. We are going to do something special.

Just to let everyone know the River Monsters have the first home game this Friday the 18th at 730 at the Bank of Kentucky Center. We just got back from a 3 game road trip where we went 2-1. Please let everyone know that we are home and I want that place rocking Friday night. Thanks in advance

The 6'6" QB is pretty good. He's a efty that throws a soft catchable ball. A lot of fun to work with and be around. He is coming along real well for us. Yes we play the Drillers a couple times down there and should be a fun little rivalry for both teams. And yes the tickets range from $7-$50 dollars per game. Season tickets are cheaper, you basically get a game for free if you buy season tickets. The $50 dollar seats are on the wall and you get up close and personal with the players. You can play defense if the ball is coming your way and get to yell and scream at the opposing players. I can not wait to get the season going. It kind of sucks we don't play at home til the 18th but that gives us time to get everything together and make sure the experience is what everyone wants and deserves. I figured I would jump on here real quick and let you all know that the season is right around the corner. Opening game are this weekend and we have a week 1 bye which sucks but oh well. Our first 3 games are on the road but our home opener is March 18th at The Bank of Kentucky Center right on NKU's campus. I really want to get the community behind us and have that place buzzing that night. I am looking for any suggestions on what you all could think could help. 25 guys will be on the roster. We make take a couple more to camp but the final roster will be 25 so the competition should be really good. We need a little of everything. I am hoping to see some QB's but we also need DB's and WR's.

No he is living in Cleveland now and may be playing AF1 in Cleveland.

Everyone I have set a date and location for our tryout. it will be November 20th and the Midwest Hoops facility in Florence KY. registration will begin at 6:30 and we will hit the field at 7. Please tell everyone about it so we can get as much local talent on the squad as possible. Feel free to pm me or write on here if you have and questions. I haven't been on in a while but wanted to inform everyone we just signed Dominick Goodman today. Tryouts will be sometime in Novemeber but we are not sure exactly how many of each position we will keep. Their will be a 25 man roster with 18 dressing out for every game. If anyone has any more questions please feel free to PM me and we can talk a little more.

I love the helmet I think it fits what we are looking for with arena football, fun and very different. As for all the different nights their will be plenty of those I am more focused on getting the community behind the team. We will succeed if they are their. I can't wait to get this thing going.

I agree completely and plan on doing that. It will be entertainment for sure. That's what arena is all about, family fun and getting everyone involved. Btw I think the presser went well. Already had people ask for season tickets. That's a step in the right direction. Thanks for everyones help in getting this thing going.

Actually I think as low as we can go is 7 dollars but I will always be looking for discounts for people to show. We will have different "nights" to support firemmen and policeman for example and maybe that will help with the discounts.

Yeah I've thought of him. I need to find a coach as well. I will sit down with the coach and talk players but their are a few UC guys I have my eyes on.

And no I am working on expanding the website as we speak. I will get it going ASAP.
