It was a shame to because it was one of those plays you see alot in football were the play wasn't dirty the defensive guy was just trying tackle a bigger guy and went for the legs. I have no doubt he will be a force next year.

I would like to see what a healthy Abner is like in a few years. He is rough around the edges but would be great for HHS in the next couple of years. You know I was thinking over that past 10 years HHS has been a QB factory and will be for the next 5 at least. It sure helps a lot when you have great athletes coming into the program year after year.

I would be very surprised if Abner went to NCC. As for Bardo he may do a little of everything. I would expect him to pass more but he is athletic enough to run if he needs to. IMO he is a lot faster than Tony and it will open up the offense more.

I think Vi Gerding is the face of Highlands! She was at every sporting event she could make, boys girls it didn't matter. Got to love a woman that has that much dedication. :thumb:

I am excited to see what Will can do next year. I know he will be prepared and he has all the tools I just can't wait for him to shine. Hw will put in the time to be the best along with the entire team.

I know that Highlands has a new coaching staff but I was wondering what it would take for them to contend for the region.

Sorry THUNDERBIRDS but I disagree. The 1996 team wasn't UP as much as Justin Frisk was incredible. One of the greatest RB's ever. Watch that film and he is unstopable.

I agree with Scott and Jaime as well I just saw Derek play more and have never seen anyone play like him that's all.

Wearing the same socks and shoes would be cool. As for the uniforms I think it's kind of like Penn State keep it simple.

Goodness! I would take him put him at TE and watch him get a D1 schorlarship.

Turning down a paying job would not make a lot of sense but HHS is a great job. It looks good that you coach there. I would love to get that chance to coach with or under Dale. I love the kids he produces every year and don't ever seem to rebuild they just reload.:thumb:
