We here in Monroe need your prayers tonight. At approximately 5:00 pm this evening a junior DE for Monroe County was heading home when he was involved in a one vehicle crash that ejected him. He was driving on hwy 100 in his parents tahoe when he left the roadway and struck a tree. He is in route to Louisville by helicopter as I type. Please keep Ethan Strode (84) and his parents and this community in your prayers this evening. He may need all he can get!!! This young man is very dear to my wife and I for he is always at our home along with many other players from this team!!! Please keep Greg and Janie Strode and Ethan in your hearts and prayers tonight. I will keep you posted on his progress...

I just spoke to Greg from Louisville, Ethan has bleeding on the brain and swelling. They have put him into an induced coma and are going in to put a drain tube to reduce the swelling and try to stop the bleeding...will update as soon as possible! God be with him...
