September 3, 200917 yr Made some scrambled eggs for breakfast this morning. I really love making a fried egg sandwhich, with fried bologna, some miracle whip on toast! Yum. Add a fresh tomato and a big glass of milk!!!!
September 3, 200917 yr I like 'em scrambled, soft boiled, hard boiled or deviled. Don't like them sunnyside up. Never understood what poaching was all about, and never seen a poached egg in person. Been eating a lot of egg whites lately, for the protein; but trying to stay away from the yellows to limit the calories and cholesterol.
September 3, 200917 yr Love them scrambled with sharp cheddar cheese and tabasco sauce , deviled , Over hard in a sandwich The yoke has to be solid no runniness , love Omelets and I make a mean Bacon spinach ,onion , tomato , Quiche with swiss cheese .

You're playing my song on this one! One style of egg I haven't seen mentioned is pickled. I'm not big on a locked of pickled products, but pickled eggs are awesome.

I don't know if they still are, but 20 years ago when I worked there, McDonalds used poached eggs on their Egg McMuffins. Basically, an egg boiled in a frame to reach a desirable shape.
