I like both trades a lot.

 

Trade 1-I don't like Farve as a fantasy qb, Smith is on the Lions and they will pass more than they will run, and Wayne's best years are behind him. I like Slaton a lot and Roddy White is currently better than Wayne. Sanchez doesn't matter because in Trade 2-you get Drew Brees- nuff said.:thumb:

What's funny is the Romo/Peterson owner is the one who sent the offer.

You might give up depth, but your starting lineup would be really good. And, that's who you're going to depend on in the playoffs. Injuries can't be predicted...I quit bothering to try.

How could they? You're getting better at both positions.

How many RB's have had a significant drop in production the way Ladanian Tomlinson did and ever got it back to elite at his age? I ask b/c I can either keep him or drop him w/ a chance at Chris Johnson.

Take the Bowe trade. I also have to ask when did White become better than Wayne? He did out gain Reggie in '08, but both are top 5 Wrs.

A few thoughts about the last several posts...

 

#112 - 114 = I'd take the trade because Bowe is likely to be a significant upgrade over Moore. Both backs are elite. Which is better would depend on who you ask...Jackson is a running and receiving threat, with no possibly competition to steal carries anywhere, on a bad team...Williams is a runner, on a run heavy team with a great o-line, but he's got a guy stealing carries, and more importantly, red zone carries. How confident are you that he'll match 5.5 ypc from last year? Personally, I rate Jackson better. I think he'll stay healthy this year...the last time he was healthy, he had 2300 total yards and 18 TD's, I think.

 

Bowe is the clear #1 in what will likely be a passing offense. Moore is in the passing-est offense, but where does he rate? No brainer there.

 

#115 = It's not unheard of for a RB to bounce back, even when he's older. LT may not return to his previous form of 30 TD's, but ask yourself this...do you think he'll be as "bad" as he was last year? That was his worst season. He struggled with injuries but never missed a game. He's still a talented back and the goal line back for one of the best offenses in the NFL. Think about all that and remember this...LT scored more fantasy points than Chris Johnson last year. If Chris Johnson is the alternative, keep LT.

 

#116 = White became better in 2008. He's more talented and his QB is only going to get better. JMO He's been very good for the last two years and improving, while Wayne has declined. There may not be a huge difference, but Roddy White has more upside, IMO.
