They are even younger. You need something simple that all players understand. Maybe," Practice like a Champion " or " Perfect Practice Makes Perfect Play "

In fact, you should probably bring tissues with you to the game to catch the tears of humiliation that will surely flow once the contest has ended." A bit wordy I suppose, but effective.:thumb:
