I wonder if this arraignment could be that. I would be nice if the Court site gave more info.

July 15, 200917 yr True, I like both of them a lot, but I am kind of biased. I attended UK at the same time as both of them. I will say that I know someone is minding the store, but when you take your UK Football writer off of the case, you lose a lot of the story. I am sure Chip has more trust and "sources" involved with UK football than probably any writer in this state. You won't find many journalists who have the access to UK football like Chip does. And when it comes to finding stories I trust Chip and Brett more so than any other journalists. Plus, I am biased.....:sssh::idunno: Not at all trying to start something, just honestly curious. You say you attended UK and yet you are a Duke fan? How?

If you grew up a UK fan, bleed blue all your life, and went to Duke Medical school, would you all of a sudden become a Duke fan? Just because you attend school somewhere doesn't mean you automatically become a fan of that school's sports teams.

This could be unrelated. http://apps.kycourts.net/CourtRecords/Results.aspx You probably have to do the search from the link Micah's appearance in Fayette Court on this date is for a traffic violation and not relating to anything that might have occurred recently. In his court number after the first 2 numbers you will see a "T" which indicates the traffic violation. Hope this helps...

Same logic..........If you didn't attend college I guess you couldn't be a fan of any college team, right?:laugh: I guess I can't cheer for any professional teams in any sport.:lol:

July 15, 200917 yr Not at all trying to start something, just honestly curious. You say you attended UK and yet you are a Duke fan? How? The only thing I don't like at UK is the basketball program. As a kid growing up in Bowling Green, UK fans were always some of the worst fans of basketball I had ever run into and UK would never play WKU in basketball while UL would. I always felt like UK fans were "stuck up" and tended to look down on everyone else in the basketball world, especially in this time period(before the Emery envelope wasn't properly sealed) As a result I latched onto different teams from far away Syracuse and Duke and remained loyal to those teams throughout my childhood. After Laettner hit the shot......let's just say a Blue Devil fan for life was born. I attended UK and LCC from 93-97. I never graduated, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I wrote for the Kentucky Kernel from time to time(during the summer of 1994 I once wrote a story suggesting Roderick Rhodes should leave because Pitino doesn't care about him, then next day he transferred and I have felt bad ever since:cry:) and I also continued to hate UK basketball even as I partied in the streets in 1996. I do root for all things UK that aren't with basketball team.:thumb:
July 15, 200917 yr So what is the latest on this? According to KYT the Lex Police have not issued a report and it appears there are no arrests coming.
