July 7, 200917 yr A simple answer to the original question.....NO. Michael Jackson was an unbelievable talent up to and through the 80's,imo the end of story and that part of his legacy. Startng in the 90's to his death was a disater waiting to happen and it eventually did. I honestly feel for the family, especially his kids and his mother. I didn't want to beat a dead man but I have to give my opinion.... it is what it is, these groves of fans saying he could and did do no wrong are living in state of denial....aquited yes but so ws O.J.. Jackson didn't pay millions of hush money to a family bc he was innocent.:sssh: As for all the circus that it is and will no doubt contnue with I have no interest in whatsoever. I will not comment any more on it. Farrah Fawcett to me was by far the better person, treated peope right and died of a terrible disease which she did not ask for and was not selfd inflicted. Farrah's death was all but forgotten, I also believe thats the way that her family wanted it as well....no hoopla and all respect.

July 7, 200917 yr Very sad when his daughter spoke I was surprised they had her/let her do that. Rough for a young person.

July 8, 200917 yr I saw a clip on the news, and this guy they were interviewing was off work but he said he wouldn't have gone to work today anyway since it's MJ. To each their own, but I thought that was a bit extreme.
July 8, 200917 yr This one lady said she sold everything in her house to get to the funeral. :ohbrother:
