July 11, 200917 yr I don't have a problem with Bruce hitting 2nd. I think it's worth a shot to see if he can get a few more fastballs hitting before Votto. I just don't understand Dusty's reasoning of sitting him a few games to get his confidence back, then inserting him in the lineup against Santana?? Bruce hits .185 against lefties. Santana is THE elite lefty in the game. Go figure.
