nees1212 Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 That was pathetic. I don't have sound to listen to what the announcers were saying, but you could tell that pitcher was worried about throwing it away on the pitch out.
dolamite Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 One pitch was bad enough, but man this guy was sucking it up on the easiest pitch in baseball.
formerkywrestler Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 A few years ago Miguel Cabrera got a hit off of an intentional walk. It was pretty wild.
00Rocket28 Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 My work blocks Youtube, can someone describe what happens in the video?
Original Rookie Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 The things you can see in minor league baseball are priceless.
saint4 Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 There had to be something fishy going on. To throw 5 balls like that that bad for a pitcher, I think there had to be some money on the game and he threw it or got mad they were making him walk 2 guys in a row, or he is just trerrible.
Wireman Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 I saw this video earlier today. That was awesome :thumb:
dolamite Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 My work blocks Youtube, can someone describe what happens in the video? They call an intentional walk for one batter and the pitcher dirts a couple of them and almost throws one for a strike. He didn't really pitch them but lob them. Anyway they go for another intentional walk, he throws one behind the batter (left handed batter) and it goes to the back stop, guy from third comes in and wins the game in walk off fashion. It was a tie game in like the 12th inning. Hopefully this kind of summed it up, I was typing in quite a hurry (like always), but its def something to watch when you get off work.
Da champ Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 I'm guessing that guy was released the next day.
super Posted May 15, 2009 Posted May 15, 2009 That was the first for me and I been watching baseball for years.
