Ricky P was, by everyones standards on this board, no better than any of these guys. He was charismatic and won over the fans. So its the fans that keep these coaches leaving.

Tubby, Gillespie and Ford, as successful as they have been, didn't have those credentials at the time they were up for the UK job.
March 27, 200917 yr Travis Ford. It's obviously not official, and is just my very strong opinion, but I have heard it from a very, very strong source. I must say I am extremely disappointed, and think this is a very bad hire. I hope that Ford proves me wrong. It looks like you are going to be correct.
