Great Job coach!! I think you will see a big change in both programs due the the fact that the level of accountability is a primary concearn. It takes time to rebuild a program and Coach Sharp is on his way.

Is it just a down turn in talent at Silver Grove? It tends to come and go in the small schools. I know they've had a few good teams over the last few years.
