I am a Highlands supporter, but I really like Trinity. I admire their program and think that playing Elder is a great move. I hope they win and I hope they play Highlands sometime soon.

Now with this game, doesnt that mean next year Trinity will play both Elder and Cincy St.X on the road? If I do believe Trinity does play X up there again next season...

Can't wait for the back to back traffic jam. It took us over an hour to get out of X last time. I hear Elder is not much better.

Elder sits on a busy road Glenway Ave you will probably have to park on one of the nearby residential streets. I don't think it will take an hour to get out of the school but getting out and finally getting to the highway may take 45 mins to an hour. Price Hill isn't for sight seeing either but you will be fine.

So if I heard this right Trinity has a four week stretch of:

 

Cincy Elder

Cincy St. X

Bowling Green

Lou. St. X

 

All on road, well the Lou. X game at PJCS.

 

Is that correct? If so, wow they will be tested for sure. Also heard they are adding Lexington Catholic and maybe another Catholic school TBD?

From what I have heard next season's schedule may be the most brutal in recent memory for the Rocks.

One public school on that list (Western Hills) which is a neighborhood rivalry dating back to 1929. Elder holds a 61-17-2 record against the Mustangs and last lost to them in 1990. Basically, it's a bye week for Elder before the playoffs start.

 

And rumor has it that the Skyline game in week 1 is slated to be against Colerain. However, my sources tell me that while Colerain has signed the contract to play Elder, the Panthers are balking at taking on the Cardinals in week 1. Maybe they are :scared: :idunno:

This is interesting. Currently, Highlands is scheduled to play Ryle twice during the season, with their first game to be played on 8/28/09, which is the same week that Elder and Colerain are supposed to play. If the Elder-Colerain game falls through, I wonder if Highlands will approach one of these two teams about playing?
