Total loss for two weeks is 11 pounds. Went from 289 to 278.

I have a couple of pictures on the fridge. 1 was taken this past Christmas to remind me everyday of what I look like and the other from the past as to where I want to be. After I hit my goal of 215lbs. (my high school playing weight ) I will post a before and after shot.

Will both weigh in the mornings, I like doing it on Mondays. Did bad today, didn't keep busy enough. Oh, well not going to doom and gloom it.

We will post our weight also.

210 down 3lbs, didn't do much so I'll take it.

198.4 now. Almost 6 pounds. I'll take it.

mom55 - 288.6 now 272.4

Mr.mom55 - 297 now 290.8

Mr.Mom55 isn't happy about his because last week he was below 290, home all weekend and ate more.

I'm thrilled but now I have to start really walking and spending some time in exercising.
