January 21, 200917 yr Proper diet will help some. If you don't exercise I can't see it being a positive experience. I really notice a difference with me mentally in the past few weeks. Even when I don't feel like going, I do anyway and when I'm finished the reward I feel is better than skipping desert. I'm with ya. It's amazing how much better I've felt in general since I have been exercising. Although now I'm always sore.
January 21, 200917 yr And sorry MJ about not having my weights in on time. I'll see what I can do to get this one in on time, but no guarantees.

It's not really that big of a problem, it just helps when I can do them all at once instead of randomly throughout your week. Just do your best is all I can ask lol.
January 22, 200917 yr Things are not going well with the diet for me. I'm trying to quit smoking and so far I've been successful. I find myself eating more. I now substitute snacking when I'm bored for smoking when I was bored. I'm gonna have to fix it if I want to lose any for next weeks weigh in.
