Good freakin movie..

Even though the beer is crap, its usage in this film was perfect! If I had a beer to peg a certain generation it would definitely be one of them.

PBR definitely has an acquired taste and I hear they actually put brown sugar in the ingredients. Hey its cheap and nostalgic and whenever a dive bar has cans of PBR for Happy Hour I always jump on it. Not too bad.

 

Knocking back 7 or 8 at a time like Eastwood portrayed Im not so sure.

Fantastic movie. One of the best I've seen in awhile.

Well, ya'll have me intrigued with all these reviews. I might just have to go see this movie. I'm a big Eastwood fan.

Sorry man, I'm a beer snob. I also find Bud, Miller and most any mass market American beer to be equally crappy.

Well it was that way before it was sold. When the sale occurred I chuckled and hoped that the quality would improve actually.

Just got back from this movie and I highly recommend it!

Finally just saw the movie. Not gonna lie, I laughed, I cried, mostly I really enjoyed the movie.

 

Reminded me of my popaw a little. But mostly it reminded me of my dads dad that I never got to meet. Not sure he would've been quite as tough, maybe not as honorable, but I'd like to think he would've been. He did serve in the Korean War, and died before my dad ever graduated from high school. He's still someone that I wish every day that I could've met. From what I hear, I think we would've gotten along pretty well.

I was told this is the only movie he has ever died in. Is this true?

I do too. It is one of the best movies that he has done.

Another Great Movie with Eastwoood like with his others like Heartbreak Ridge and Million Dollar Baby.

Slow at times but a very good movie.

No. He died in "The Beguiled" and I think maybe one other one.
