"Mad Russian's Christmas" - Trans Siberian Orchestra (TSO)

"Christmas Eve" (Sarajevo 12/24) - TSO

"Little Drummer Boy/Silent Night/Auld Lang Syne" - Jimi Hendrix

"Winter Wonderland" - Dean Martin

"A Marshmallow World" - Dean Martin

"Baby, It's Cold Outside" - Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong

and your traditional:

White Christmas

Let it Snow

Jingle Bells

etc.

"Hark, the Herald Angels Sing"

"Mild He lay, his glory by,

Born that man no more may die."

Especially in the famous Mendelssohn version, every time that line comes around in the second verse, especially when it's sung by a nice, big choir, I get goosebumps.

I'm also a fan of "O Holy Night," "Adeste Fideles," and, for Advent if not actually a Christmas song, "O Come, O Come, Emanuel."

I would love to be able to do something like this.

Lowes sells a starter kit to do this for your self..... or at least they had them last year before selling out very quickly.

O Holy Night by Aaron Neville

Away In A Manger by Billy Gilman

"Mary Did You Know." is probably my favorite.

A great pick. Other personal favorites:

"I Believe in Father Christmas", Greg Lake

" Christmas Canon", TSO

"For Unto Us a Child is Born", and "Hallelujah Chorus"

"The Little Drummer Boy", Bing and Bowie

"So This is Christmas", John Lennon

"Carol of the Bells", George Winston

"O Holy Night"

Almost forgot:

"Christmas In Hollis" by Run DMC

O Holy Night by Josh Groban. By far one of the best Christmas Song Performances ever. Youtube it.

Any big choir doing Little Drummer Boy. Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer is a fun holiday song also!

Scanning stations in the truck today, I heard one station playing Christmas songs. Couldn't believe it.

Favorite songs;

Santa Claus is Coming to Town - Springsteen

So This is Christmas - Lennon

If I get Home for Christmas Day - Presley

Every song on Alabama's Christmas CD

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth, my two front teeth.

My favorite is:

Baby it's Cold Outside - (Louis Armstrong and Velma Middleton) or (Ella Fitzgerald and Loius Jordan) or (Leon Redbone and Zooey Deschanel) or (Harry Connick Jr and Lee Ann Womack) Don't really care which version, I think their all great.

Close tie for 2nd:

Santa Baby - Eartha Kitt

White Christmas - Clyde McPhatter and The Drifters

Merry Christmas Baby - Charles Brown

I like:

All I want for Christmas is you by Mariah Carey

All of Trans Siberian Orchestra

Oh, MrsFF, sometimes when I get a stomach virus, and I just want to quicken the inevitable, I play that tune and the vomitting comes much quicker. No offense, but my wife played that stupid CD so much that I thought I was Chris Brown.
