Must feel nice on that high horse. Sorry for having an opinion!

No, the shocker is Bengal fans calling the hit dirty when, had the roles been reversed, it would have been a clean play had someone cracked back on Ward.

The call for someone to permanently injure Ward on here is laughable and somewhat disturbing.

And there are some fans on here of both the Bucs and Seahawks. It's just that not every solid hit against their team is classified as "dirty"

Agreed, but that person doesn't like the Bengals at all.

Actually, I find it funny that Bengal nation can't move on. Can we not revisit this if and when the league rules on the hit? Answer: No, because there is simply nothing else in Bengaldom to talk about. So, by all means contribute to the river.

Will do! There are plenty on your side of things that won't let it go either. Just one of those things.

I found a different angle of this BLOCK yesterday on YouTube. Let me go find that again and then let's hear what everyone had to say about it.

Is this any different than a RB lowering his head going into the line? How many times do we think a head gets lowered in every game. Again if Rivers has his head on a swivel, maybe it's Sweet Pea laying on the ground.

^ From that perspective, it does look like his helmet touched Rivers'. It's not the crown of his helmet, but it looked like it does contact. Still not dirty. As others have said, if Rivers' wasn't running around tunnel visioned, he'd probably still be playing football.

I still think it was a good block. I guess they don't teach fundamentals at USC, because Rivers forgot to scan the field. If you play blindfolded in the NFL, you will get jacked up. No doubt about it.

Yep, kinda like Troy did when Benson lowered his head. USC guys.

Funny how that hit hasn't been discussed. Anyone got a picture on that?

I'm still on the fence, but if he hits him in the chest he does the same amount of damage.

It still comes down to the fact that DB's and receivers only want to hit in the head or at the knees so they can "win" the battle.

Question: In this situation is a chop block illegal?
