He lead with his shoulder. If he had lead with his helmet to the side of Rivers' head, Rivers' would have been unconscious....

Please tell all of us who see this video clip different than you, I see the shoulders meeting, where is Wards helmet at this time. You actually don't know how this big mans jaw gets broke.

This is almost comical that you refuse to see this.

This is like someone trying to defend some of the Giants' players actions...

The dirty part apparently...

This is going nowhere fast...Bengals fans (some of them anyway) think it was dirty, Steelers fans don't. The bottom line is Rivers' got his bell rung on a hard, legal block by Hines Ward. Stuff happens, it's football.

Ward is gonna snap his neck one day hitting people like that.

Or so some of of thought. It's apparently 2-hand touch.

Shocking.

So first it wasn't helmet to helmet Deuce and now it was but it was still legal? You are real convincing.

Leroy Hill Knocked out Ike Hillard with a helmet to helmet hit last night. Knocked him out cold. Not one post on here today about it.

He will be getting a hefty fine for that one. Whether it was intentional or not, it was obviously helmet to helmet.

Not nearly as many Bucs or Seahawks fans on this site as there are Bengals.

Exactly. There's a shocker scribe

No, the shocker is Bengal fans calling the hit dirty when, had the roles been reversed, it would have been a clean play had someone cracked back on Ward.

The call for someone to permanently injure Ward on here is laughable and somewhat disturbing.

And there are some fans on here of both the Bucs and Seahawks. It's just that not every solid hit against their team is classified as "dirty"

For one, I didn't see it as an illegal hit. The refs agree with me! We'll see about the league. I have a problem with Chinny running his mouth after the game, saying that Ward would get his. For one you idiot, you don't say that especially when you won't back it up. And B why was nothing done in this game if you are so passionate about it???? Pitt will pound the Gals again and if I were Chinny, I would have my head on a swivel, lest he get kaboomed:flame:
