Rare. I'll do Medium Rare if I have to.

:thumb: Deer steaks are my favorite. (Marinated in buttermilk overnight)

Trying to get the freezer cleaned out for this years take.

Well Done and then some, I like it crispy.

Hello...Dad?

Until I was 18, I thought steak turned into sawdust when cut with a knife.

Pittsburgh Rare is a steak that gets heated up at a very high temperture, very quickly. It will be charred on the outside but raw on the inside.

Thanks for educating me. I don't think I'd go for one of those.

Medium with A-1 and lots of black pepper!!!

Medium raw

We actually agree on something. :thumb:

Gosh this is making me think about steak so much. Had to go with pizza and some beer tonight though.

I like mine medium rare, but a lot of times I'll order rare at a restaurant so it will turn out medium rare.

Tear off its hind end, run a lighter over it a few times, and let it bleed on the plate.

Medium rare, leaning toward the rare, is the only way to go.:thumb:

Rare....anything else is...uncivilized.;)
