New schedule is out for the winter 2 session at SOAS and guess who the Bulls (Kentucky Bulls, that is) start out with "Q"? There's a couple of teams I'm not familiar with. I'm guessing the Indians are from Turkeyfoot. Don't have any idea about the other Bulls team.

I got the text from Warriors coach as well. Should be a great matchup. Warriors only have 8 kids coming back for 2nd session but still should perform well.

Indians could be a group from LA (Latonia).

Should still be a great match-up... Bulls are down to 8 players, one will be out for another 4 weeks or later... Also, I didn't see the Wolf Pack (Meiman) in the session...:idunno:

According to their website, things are starting to get moving for KY Elite. There are some new names for the 13U team. Also, they will be hosting a tourney in Wilmington, OH 3/27-3/29. You can check the website (kyelitebasketball.com) or PM me if you are interested in more information.
I'm curious what 14U teams have committed to playing in this tournament. Other than KYElite, who else have you had confirm?

They're not in this one. Heard from a parent that they're going to concentrate on tourneys. Too bad though...would have loved to see if some team could get the trophy from them!

Warriors had 2 kids opt not to continue in 2nd session so they are at 8 as well.

Im guessing Wolfpack will be playing tournaments getting ready for State Tourney.

Not a lot of activity on here lately, so I'll try to stir things up a little...any predictions on the winter 2 league at SOAS in U14? Who's got the best shot to take the league and tourney titles? Unsure myself of the new blood in it, but I'd say it is probably a 3 team race...Warriors, Kentucky Bulls and Flash. Any Takers????

Warriors.... runner up's last session, then Bulls and then Flash.

Blame it on the weather... I would agree with those three as well... I'll get back to ya Sunday night on what I saw over the weekend?

Weather certainly puts a damper on hoops. I am hoping some of the new teams in the 14U 2nd session are as good as the repeaters. Very competetive last session and looking forward to this session.

Just got back from the Winter Shootout at the Indy Fieldhouse. For anyone that hasn't been, it's a very nice facility with a very well run tournament. They had 90 teams there this weekend.

I was told it's a wonderful facility... The little Tar Heels are winning in the final of the 3rd grade and should bring it home... Just informed that they are up 9 with 8 minutes to go...

Bulls took it to the Warriors today in a game that the officials let get out of control. I sure hope it gets better next week. Also, hope Pouncy is ok. Tough to beat a team 3 times as the Warriors found out today.

The Knicks beat the Wolfpack by 13 dominating the game throughout.

The Flash beat the Flight by 2 in the second game. Foul shots killed the Flight going 3 or 13 or something around those lines.

That is the 2nd Wolfpack team correct? (Warning) and not the group that won the 1st session tourney.

The 3rd grade and 7th grade Tar Heels brought home championships according to the Fieldhouse website. Also, the 4th grade NKY Wildcats made the semi's. It was a good weekend for the McNeil's with sons on all three teams.

I was told that the 7th Tar Heels were a combined group with the Truth from Louisville.
