February 2, 200917 yr The 3rd grade and 7th grade Tar Heels brought home championships according to the Fieldhouse website. Also, the 4th grade NKY Wildcats made the semi's. It was a good weekend for the McNeil's with sons on all three teams. I was told that the 7th Tar Heels were a combined group with the Truth from Louisville. Did Hatton play for the TarHeels?
February 2, 200917 yr 7th Tar Heels were a combined group with the Truth from Louisville. Rumors are the combo team may be put together for good and they would make a heck of a group because the Truth have Jackson Davis (who is playing varsity at Lafayette) and of course Hatton, McNeil, etc. etc from the Tarheels. I think the 13U division is truly going to be wide open this year.

February 2, 200917 yr That is the 2nd Wolfpack team correct? (Warning) and not the group that won the 1st session tourney. That's correct!!
February 3, 200917 yr Why would you want to know that? I heard that he did not play. He will joined them after high school ball is over.
February 3, 200917 yr I think the Legends will be the top of the division. I agree...... Legends have been playing together since September. I give them the edge. 2nd place Tarheels or KY Elite.
February 3, 200917 yr Did Hatton play for the TarHeels? I didnt think you could if you are participating in varsity sports. When the season is over I am sure he will be a Tar Heel for the 7th state tourney. I would think though if he wants to get better and not collect another medal of which he probably has 50, he would play AAU with an older group.
February 3, 200917 yr I didnt think you could if you are participating in varsity sports. I may be wrong but I think the restriction only applies to 9th grade and above.
February 3, 200917 yr I may be wrong but I think the restriction only applies to 9th grade and above. That's what I thought as well but they are probably playing it safe....just in case.
February 3, 200917 yr That's what I thought as well but they are probably playing it safe....just in case. The smart thing to do would not to play AAU ball. High school ball HAS to be priority #1 during the season.

February 3, 200917 yr Why would you want to know that? I didn't know curiousity was banned from the board:laugh:
February 4, 200917 yr Anybody playing BCI this weekend? Dave is saying the U10 has the NK Wildcats, Wolfpack, Magic, Knights and maybe Generation Next. We could see a rematch of last year state finals game with the Wildcats vs. Generation Next (formerly Lake Cumberland Warriors).
