I haven't been to BCI a lot but it sounds like a nightmare. My son's team played there once this season and it was an alright tourney. I can't believe he won't call you back.

 

Im sure its because lack of interest in that division. I agree though a call back is just something you do out of respect.

Finally heard from Dave. No games at BCI this weekend at all. They couldn't get enough teams to have games in any division. Not a particularly good sign. He said next weekend he is full though. I find this hard to believe since Scott County is having their big tournament that weekend.

We haven't cut back but we are being smarter on where and when we play. The last couple of seasons we would play anywhere, anytime. This season we are mainly looking at the competition level.

Holiday Classic in Georgetown, KY has been expanded and can accept more teams but the organizer needs to know by Sunday night if you want to play. Tournament is next weekend in Georgetown.

Boys division has U9 - U13 and Girls division 4th grade - 8th grade. It's usually a great tournament!

The Bulls beat the Raptors by 10...47-37. It was a fast paced game as each team likes to run. The game was close until the end when Huesman made his free throws. Sampson, Swanson, Jackson and Pouncy all played well as they moved the ball and played like a team for the first time in a few games.

Well put... The boys did a great job handling the press and the bench came in and did a good job keeping it close...

Thats a nice win over a very quick and athletic Raptor team. They seriously lack inside presence and need a BIG but they are still very good.

 

Will most or all of the SV kids go to SK?

Out of the starting 5...Huesman, Sampson and Swanson are heading to SK, Pouncy and Jackson to Scott.
