:thumb: Absolutely!! Tyler does an excellent job on both sides of the ball.

What about that "O" and "D" line they played with alot of heart. The guys down in the middle of it all. Good job. We could not have won with out you MEN.......

Great game to watch...Both teams played hard to the very end. Raceland deserved the win. They had a great game plan and executed it well.

 

Now...there is NO way anyway can say that game was officiated "great". While I dont think it probably effected the outcome, the disparity in the number of penalties called was crazy. I think I heard them say after the game it was 16 - 2. LCA was called for 2 holding penalties on the last drive alone. Holding could be called on every play. I was standing right in front of the personal foul too...while it can be debated about whether it should have even been called...there is NO WAY that is an ejectable PF. I wouldnt be suprised if LCA appeals the ejection and the kid plays next week.

 

As I said earlier though...I do not think this changed the outcome of the game. Raceland took it too LCA tonight. It did look as though LCA may have finally found some defense in the second half.

:thumb: Tyler is an all around good athlete he is a coaches dream in that he will do and execute exactly what the coaches want and not stray from it. He is an intelligent ball player and and makes good decisions. He is a leader on and off the field and leads by example.

More than anything Tyler is a great kid from a great family.

The Rams really missed Brian Tolliver out there on Defense tonight.

 

He was injured on the 3rd play last week at Fairview and will be out

I think for several weeks.

Dos anyone have any stats on this game? I know that Carver was having a big game and was wondering how many yards he ended up with? J.S. Carver was cetainly highlighted well and drew praise on the local WSAZ TV news highlights.:thumb:

Absolutely best officiating ever. I'm sure you loved it, penalties 16-2 in favor of Raceland with 4 on the last drive with less that 2:30 to go.

Especially that Umpire! Man, I can't quite think of his name but gosh he is good. I think he is the best official that I've ever seen. Man, I wish I could think of his name......it's on the tip of my tongue.

 

You should know him very well. He is a good guy and ref also the entire crew is a the best in the region.

It was a kick to the face, that's just like throwing a punch. Which is a personal foul and automatic ejection. The quarter back was giving his reciever a mouth full. He knew just like everybody else he was in the wrong. They will probably appeal, but I promise it won't be over-turned. If you don't think it changed the out come of the game, why complain about it?

That has to be the worst ejection call ever! I was standing right in front of it when it happened and we were stunned. I want someone to tell me from that video thats a good ejection call?
