If all Ashland tries to do is stop the power run game. This game will be over in short fashion.

That is your opinion that you are entitled to my friend.:D

Have they moved the game to Paul Blazer?

Russell will do what it does game after game and year after year. WIN. The best Football tradition in Northeast Kentucky.

If you're talking only the past 10 years or so, then I'll agree.

I have a good feeling about this game.

Ashland 20

Russell 17

10 Years? Try 30 Plus Years.

My Russell football schedule has Ashland (A) on it.

When did they build a stadium at Paul Blazer?

Like I said, I'll give you 10 years. Russell has a great football tradition, but so does Ashland. How do you give Russell the nod over Ashland?

As am I my friend. I have the upmost respect for Coach McGlone, his staff, and what they have done at Russell, but I'll put Ashland's tradition from 1970-1997 up against anybody in NE Ky.

I only posted that because I knew it'd get your drawers in a wad. I agree with you, Ashland has a very rich tradition. The recent swoon makes that tradition easy to forget perhaps.

Just having some fun boys. I have the upmost respect for the "TOMCAT" tradition. It is my opinion that since Ivan McGlone became Russell's coach in 1976 that Russell has had the best program year in and year out of anyone in Northeast Ky. It is just my opinion.

Does anyone know what Ivan's record against Ashland is?

About .500 with a one year winning streak (currently) - as good a rivalry as you could want.

Does anyone know what Ivan's record against Ashland is?

I maybe totally off on this, but I think he's a couple of games over .500
