If CCH can keep the offense clicking, then I say they win. It all starts with controlling the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. The offensive line did that in the NCC game. The defensive line did okay but if NCC would have continued to run the ball with Kues, the outcome of the game would have been different.

Also, CCH had better spend some time on the kicking game. It is inexusable to have issues with longsnapping and putting the ball between the uprights on PAT's. I am not saying that you should be able to kick 50 yarders at will, but PAT's and short field goals should be almost automatic.

Unfortunately, the young Red Colonels are going to take their lumps this year. However, with each week they gain a little more "varsity" experience. I just hope they don't give up and continue to strive for excellence each and every down.

Well, I agree with your earlier post of putting Wilson at receiver and using DeMatteo at QB. A few years ago Coach Tom switched Brady Hunefeld from QB to receiver and brought up soph QB Bricking after a few games. That turned out real well that year. I'm going to say Wilson is back at QB for CovCath game, but if things get dicey, we'll see DeMatteo back in.

Just based on games already played and the fact the Spritz's boys are young, I'll have to go with the Blue Colonels. I hope I'm wrong, but my gut tells me I'm not.

Cov. Cath is better than Beechwood this year. Look for Dixie to go 0-3 after this game.
