Who ruled them eligible? The hearing officer or the Board of Control?

Well trust me, I do know all the details. I have also confirmed that is true. Both Jackson and Euton have been ruled eligible.

 

:thumb: Thanks LRCW, I don't know all that much about the Jackson's kid move but I do know from several reliable sources (I just hung up the phone with one of them while typing this;)) that the the Euton kid should have be ruled eigible and that move to Scott Co. (Euton's) was legit, no question.

There have been Scott County parents making some strong comments about the situation.

 

It will be interesting to see their reaction to it.

I've not kept up with the situation as much as others but from my understanding Eutons father lost his job in Ashland and is getting one at the Toyota plant. But did he not say in a newspaper that his son going to Scott Co was pretty much for athletic? I'm for the kids but don't you think if he's dad can say the move was for athletic reasons that any kid that moves should get eligible no matter what?

Harrison County High School is a 20 minute drive and numerous Lexington County Schools are within that same distance, I believe.

 

Depending on what part of Scott County he lived in, Franklin County would be an option.
