Shaun Alexander to the Bengals?

Just saw on NFL Network that Alexander's agent claims Cincy is on the short list of potential destinations.

Sign him to a 3 year deal that will not break the bank. I would love to see him come home to end his career.

I would buy a few tickets for them not to sign him.

Nice guy, but completely unneeded by the Bengals. They already have a slow, past-his-prime, poor-receiving RB and don't need another one.

Hometown superstar comes home from Seattle. This story has already been told.

If you want Shaun Alexander back in Cincy...stamp HOMER on your forehead...

Reading the comments from the article. Most of them didn't give Shaun much credit. Its true he is not a power back, but knows how to take a hit by not taking it head on. But those fans don't know much about what he was doing while healthy. Hope he goes there so we can watch him in person.

I figured he would want to go somewhere he could be a back up and get a ring.

I would love to see this happen!
