Just found out that the Owls had a big win over the AAU South Laural Team tonight in Londan Ky.

Good win for the Owls! Was St John playing for the South Laurel team? He's a big strong kid, about 6'7". I think that South Laurel had a team competing at Knott co last weekend, but without St John. They were called the Kentucky Heat or something like that and were pretty solidly thumped in the couple of games that I watched. But again, without St. John.

I don't think the St. John's kid played,but that was the only one that didn't. The Noble kid and the Salyers kid I heard looked pretty good for the owls they lead the way with 19pts Noble and 28pts Salyers. But this was a good win for the Owls after a year they just had.

Good win for the Owls. Who will have a team of high school juniors next year. The future looks good for Coach Noble and the Owls.

The Cardinals were without everyone except Wes Dean and another varsity contributor. One went down early with a cut to the head which required staples and the other one rolled his ankle leaving south with only there JV. Great win for the owls though, Game went into OT with the owls stealing the inbounds with 4 seconds left and laying it in.

I think Owsley has a few AAU games this weekend somewhere in Northern Kentucky. I forget the exact location, but I believe its Florence.
