Buying/Selling on Ebay

Featured Replies

I started buying clothes on EBay a few years ago when I lost a lot of weight ... it's the best way to shop, as far as I'm concerned.

I have never really used it, but I am currently looking at some motorcycle parts on there. You never know, it may be the start of my next addiction.

I just put my broken Ipod on eBay.

Some people actually sold theirs for over $20. If I can get $15 out of the darn thing I'll take it!

Im sure someone will bid on it.

Someone bought it last night for $25 +$6.95 shipping. Wow. It is broken. Maybe my buy it now was too low?

I'm sure this person knows how to fix it.

I have had good luck on E-bay. I mostly purchase movie memorobilia and occasionally tickets to sporting events out of town that you can't purchase through ticketmast (like sold out pro/college football). I have always had good luck. As long as the rating of the seller is good, you probably won't have any problem. I probably purchase 1-2 things per month...

After buying nothing this year I have bought 3 things this month. I'm getting addicted.

I just put my Xbox 360 HD DVD Add on with 9 HD DVD's on ebay. I am cutting my losses. It is up for $125 +$15 shipping. Some have sold the same with only 4 HD DVD's for near that price, so I think I can get that.

I've made over $50 in a day selling things around my house that I will never use. I sold Planet Earth the Complete Series on HD DVD (I got it for free) for $33 total and I sold my broken Ipod for $25.

I sent you a PM.

I've made great money doing this. I've never had any problems with recieving the fake ones.

I buy them in bulk, usually between 10-20 at a time, and then sell them as singles.

That is a great plan to make good money. Another good strategy is to get on at weird times like 4:00 - 5:00 AM and catch auctions that are ending when noone is online. You can get plenty of "steals" using that method and then resell them at smart times and make a killing.

Sold my HD DVD drive.

I feel like I'm having a fire sale on my room right now!

I do buy on Ebay, but I don't sell. Always watch who you buy from, I look for a seller with very good ratings. Never had a problem yet.

I've only had an ebay account for about a month, last year I did buy a popcorn machine on a buy it now.

Since I've had the account I've bought about 6 pairs of shoulerpads and 3 helmets for my semipro team. The same guy keeps beating me out all the time or I'd have much more.

Just got 50 practice jerseys for $120.

For football equipment you can find some real deals, I've been getting used pads that are $300 and up new for around $40-$75 including shipping.

Gr8bigbull and I will soon start selling off some of our own surplus equipment on ebay.
