First name that comes to mind from Bell Co. is Justin Boatright who played OT. He was a mountain of a man who had several schools inquire about him, only to find out he had no interest in going to college.

I saw the guy pick up the back of a car on one occasion in the school parking lot and also saw him push a school bus by himself.

Joe Casey by far, that guy had the physical gift to play on Sundays, just a pure stud!

I would say Ian Holbrook from Ashland, and even though he went to Marshall for a short stint Michael West from Lawrence County.

 

After leaving Marshall, Michael West enrolled at Campbellsville University in 06 and has spent the last two seasons playing for the Tigers. I'm not sure how many years of eligibility he has remaining.

Marty Regan (as far as I know, which isn't very far ) never went to college. I will not post any reasons, because I am unsure, I have my guesses though.

I dont remember the name of the school, but yes, Shawn Robbins went so a D2 or NAIA school in Texas.

Great catch from the early 80's. Fletch was picked as something called the Dixie Dozen or something like that has one of the best seniors going into 1984 Had incredible speed and strength. I think he may have actually played a little at Union but I am not sure.

Mike West-Dude was worth the drive to see play.

From the late 80's in West Kentucky:

 

Al Baker from Trigg County. Guy looked like he was wearing full pads when he would go out for pre-game in jersey and helmet. I think he went to UK, then maybe a knee?

 

Ronnie Moss from Crittenden County. Evasive runner with major league speed. I think we was also a knee.

 

There were some hoss linemen from Heath around then as well. Monty Brown and Shane King, don't know what became of them.

Josh Reynolds from Lynn Camp. 2 kids before he graduated high school. Reynolds had several d-1 offers....

How about Quenton Henson from Lynn Camp? Did he ever go anywhere? What happened to him. Dude was a beast coming out of the backfield, especially at the single A level.

Pretty sure Al Baker was at UK, but I don't know anything about his career.

Franklin County had a nice lineman about 5 Years ago, Sean Jackson He was around 6'0 300 ran a legit 4.9 Really good hands and agility. Probably been the best lineman they have had at FCHS in a long time they have since had 4 or 5 kids earn all-state. Sean was very special I think he only played one year.
