Who has old games on tape they still watch?

Featured Replies

I wish I still had the 2002 T-H game, but TheDeuce hasn't given it back yet.

My husband has a cassette tape (sound only) of the first game Beechwood ever played down state in 74. He voiced over it and changed the ending though! JK

My husband watches the State Championship matchup between Corbin and Mayfield occasionally. Funny thing though, the outcome is always the same!

I have 4 or 5 state championship games, plus the Male semi from last year (which, in essence, was the championship game). I will be converting to DVD soon.

Anyway possible to work out a deal so that I can get a copy of each?

I have the '02 , '03 , and '07 state games. I am looking to find the '05 game tape as well as '06 Male semifinal if anyone has them and wouldnt mind copying them for me. That would be greatly appreciated. My family also has many of the late 80's games and early 90's playoff games.

I'm willing to send blanks tapes to anyone who can make copies of their games for me.

I can send you my game tapes if you want to make a copy of them for your collection and then send my game tape back to me.

I have a bunch of Danville Admirals games, 9 state title games and some regular season games, would trade for other high school games, tapes let me know.

I would love to get my hands on some of HS tapes. Male, Trinity, Boone (Alexander's years), early to mid 90's Danville, Highlands with Lorezen (sp) Boyle or just about any of the top programs over the last 15-20 years or so.

I would send DVDs, tapes or whatever. I would even pay for them if cost was not something crazy.

I have the tape DMZ wants. Dan Brossart probably has the Highlands Campbell County tape SS is referring to. Although I do have the Campbell County football program showing Brossart looking like a hippy football player and a very young Terry Kramer as a Campbell County cheerleader. Troy robbed the cradle.

Allright... now can I have a copy of the tape?

I have game tape of my son's Jr. and Sr. season's (Raceland) and a highlight tape (with background music) of his Sr. year (05). I also have game film of his JFL days.

I have my nephews game tapes during his playing days in the 80's. (Raceland)

We haven't watched them in a couple of years but after reading this thread tonight may be game night!!!!:thumb:

I'm told that Terri White-Kramer has great pom poms to this day. One heck of a cheerleader.

I only have one of our (Lexington Catholic) win over Louisville Male my junior year. That Male team had Chris Barclay who was a great running back at Wake Forest and Michael Bush as a wide reciever. Their QB was Blackerby(spelling?) at the time before I believe an injury a few weeks later ended his season. In Lex Cath history, that was one of the biggest wins we ever recorded beating one of the Big 3 in Louisville.

Other than that, two O-linemen friends of mine have a few game tapes from senior year that I watched with them once or twice and laughed about. Hated getting to finally watch Highlands end my high school career on film.

I have my kids games from youth thru HS. Can those be switched to DVD? If so, does anyone know where I can get this done?

Do you have the '84 State Title game vs. Hopkinsville?

I have some 1973 Frankfort High tapes.
