Who has old games on tape they still watch?

Featured Replies

I have them and watch them.

Heck I loan mine out for others to watch.

That reminds me a certain coach from Lawrence County needs to send me my games back if he is done with them.(lol)

I still have a tape of an Apollo / Graves Co. game from the mid 90's. Apollo's Michael Hanley had the best half of football I've ever seen in person. Carried the ball about 11 times for a little over 400 yards and 8 TD's. Good thing he didn't play after halftime.

That's a great half.

It's not that old, but I still enjoy watching the 05 title game. One of the best in the series.

LN has one from 1975 that I've been trying to get for years!!

You looking for that ole CAMEL tape where the HHS DB lets a ball go over his head and the CAMELS prevail to v-i-c-t-o-y? That tape? I think that tape is in the CAMEL trophy case...

No its not. Its in my office smarty pants and its been transferred to DVD. Which is also in my office somewhere and as soon as I find it, I'll get DMZ a copy. Actually now that I think about it, it may be down the farm.

I was talking about the Campbell Co. Game. Is that what you have at the office? What else is at the office?

Ouch! Whatever happened to the tape of the '74 HHS-Lloyd tape? There was a fumble on there that was questionable...does anyone remember the details? ;)

Ouch back at SS. You guys are getting NASTY. I'm just glad I never missed a tackle or a block.:D.

I have the tape DMZ wants. Dan Brossart probably has the Highlands Campbell County tape SS is referring to. Although I do have the Campbell County football program showing Brossart looking like a hippy football player and a very young Terry Kramer as a Campbell County cheerleader. Troy robbed the cradle.

Hanley was a beast and still hold some records at Apollo including those 2 (most yds in a game by a rb and most TD's in a game/season). I think he went on to play for I.U.

OK smarty pants, I'm looking at an old reel to reel and it says

HIGHLANDS 12

Campbell Co. 20

Dated 11 - 7 - 75

I have 4 or 5 state championship games, plus the Male semi from last year (which, in essence, was the championship game). I will be converting to DVD soon.
