I noticed they are showing her face a lot...weird. You know of all the weird things that happen on the island, a dead girl coming back to life would not surprise me.

But now she is off the island, so you could pretty much count on that not happening.

Technically she's not off the island yet. She's physically off the main part of the island, but others have made it a little ways off the island too and most of the time end up back on the island.

Because they came off the island. It would seem wise to be wary of anyone coming off the island. Remember that it seems the people on the boat are in league somehow with the ones that are trying to kill the Oceanic 6 and Ben in the flash forwards.

I think the bracelet that Sayid keeps looking at that is on the dead woman means something big.
