Bradley finished with 26 points, 10 rebouds Patterson had 22 and 9 I believe Stevenson had another solid game getting 12 for the Cats And Meeks gave the Cats some scoring today with Crawford out with planar fascitis. I was really impressed with Downey from USC (24 points), but in the end it wasn't enough for the Gamecocks. Great effort on both ends for the Cats today as this team really seems to be coming together.

Kentucky hits 8 threes of their own along with 18-23 from the free throw line. Ramel does his thing, Patterson does his thing and the Cats get a win. True test comes next, everyone, meaning some people at ESPN, are starting to jump on the Cats bandwagon since they are winning games now. At Georgia At Auburn Alabama At Vanderbilt At LSU Cats have to get through that stretch no worse than 4-1. Which would put them at 13-10 and decent position to make things interesting for those that put their money on an NCAA bid.

Any win for UK with having your 2nd leading scorer out with the season UK has had is a great win. UK really stepped up its defense again for the last 7 or 8 minutes of the game and got the victory. UK could really use a big time big man recruit for next season, but Stevenson is making UK a little less desperate right now.

Have I ever mentioned I love watching Bradley play... :thumb: I don't think there is another player in college basketball that plays the entire game as hard as Bradley. He may make a few mistakes along the way but I would love to have a roster full of guys with his toughness and will to win.
January 26, 200818 yr I'll take a win anyway I can but you think they realize to stop double teaming on picks that left USC wide open for 3s. Also I think Downey might be one of the fastest players in college that kid can flat out fly. But in all the offense played well still to many turnovers tryin to get the ball to the post and it seems as if were coming along mayb make a push for the NCAA tourney. Who knows Im happy
January 26, 200818 yr SC got hot after the break, huh? I've figured out from watching alot of basketball, if a team is in the zone there is no defense for stopping, hence the madness that is March.

Stevenson has really played well the last few games and has given the Cats some solid minutes. The hustle and grit of Patterson & Bradley is starting to catch fire with the other players and this team is starting to show improvement in many phases of their game. They are still a work in progress but I am pleased with the effort they are giving.
