January 27, 200818 yr Bradley has now turned into my favorite player for the last few years. The last person I liked this much was Azebukie, and he left early. Bradley has steped it up 25 times from last year and given this team leadership, hustle, heart, and a winning attitude. I really love how he plays and I can not say how much he means to this growing team. Good win without Crawford. I did not get a chance to see any of the game but the final 2 minutes, because I was working. Billy-ball is here finally! Billy Gillispie has started to work his system in, and now with healthy players, it is working to perfection 3 of the last 4 games.

Billy weathered the rough, and is now winning with the healthy players. Good job Billy, hang in there, and get us back to a winning record. Make the NIT possibly!

January 27, 200818 yr Game observations: - UK took South Carolina's BEST shot today and overcame it for a tough win - #2 on South Carolina is a very fast player and I like UK's defensive strategy of putting taller players on him all day and shadowing him all the way up the court (this is the same strategy I said that they should've used on Vaden way back when - and YES, it was Steveson that was guarding #2 most of the game) - Bradley is quickly becoming our go to guy - he hits the big shots and isn't afraid to take them - Rupp was a great atmosphere today; didn't seem to be dead like normal For the record, my 3-year old daughter got an autograph off of Krebs after the game and he didn't call her a little boy or anything.:thumb: It wasn't Stevenson that was guarding Downey, it was Jasper.

I could be wrong and it could have even been on a switch but I think I remember him going right around Stevenson one play at the top of the key when he was clearly guarding (trying) him man to man.

January 27, 200818 yr Had to be a switch... Probably was, I know Patterson ended up on him on a switch too, I just wasn't paying attention on the beginning of the Stevenson play.
