Second round of the All "A" played at June Buchanan The Lady Owls played a great game and came out on the short end of the stick. Peyton Wright stoled the ball with 5 seconds remaining in regulation and hit a layup to force the game into overtime. Great game by the Lady Owls as they are still without their leading scorer Mika Turner.

Big win for the Lady Owls. A big confidence booster to get a win without your leading scorer and one of the top players in the region. The last i heard is that Mika will be back in at least 2 weeks but with an illness like mono who knows. Hope Mika gets to feeling better.

Would love to see either Hazard or Elliott win it

When Noble shows up to play she is no doubt the best player in the region and one of the best in the state. But sometimes it seems when they are playing weaker teams she is just out there going through the motions.

Yea he is playing last time i heard he had broke his collarbone playing football. So i was just wondering if he had came back from his injury.

Did the Salyers kid play for PCC?

She has potential to be a D-1 Prospect but she still has some maturing and improvement before she is considered to be D-1. Keep in mind she is only a Freshman.

Good win by the Lady Owls. Powell will have a difficult time this year if they don't get their turnover promblems fixed. Plus Mcfarland seemed to have hurt her ankle in the game could be a big loss for the Lady Pirates.
