When did you figure out you were old?

I figured out I was old when my team played Villa Madonna, a small Catholic high school and AC/DC was being used as the girls' team's warmup music.

 

The music I was not allowed to listen to growing up was now being used by Catholic girls as warmup music.

The way I see it or remind myself is that people that were born in 1990 graduate from high school this year.

 

That means they were 3 when I finished high school. :scared:

There were several moments of enlightenment:

 

When I started noticing gray hair...no longer attached.

 

The first time the girl at the drive-thru called me "sir".

 

When I realized that all my favorite songs could now be found on the same oldies station that my parents used to drive me crazy with.

 

When I found out that (at least) one of my high school classmates has grandchildren -- that's freakin' scary right there!

 

When I stopped getting junk mail from the Army, Sports Illustrated, and various colleges; and started getting junk mail from Miracle Ear, AARP, and various funeral homes.

When the young lady at McDonald's gave me my cup of coffee and said this is your AARP complimentary cup of coffee. I just smiled and walked away------------------------MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:madman:

1) When 36 Holes of Golf, started requiring Advil.

 

2) When salt/pepper color hair, has more salt and less pepper.

 

3) When you're coaching kids, of the kids you used to coach.
