Any of these teams can win it. Outside of that I dont see another team touching them. Gallatin is a tough team but I dont see them knocking off any of the aforementioned.

Mustang, you dont have to explain anything to anybody on here and I will leave it at that.

Not picking on you Hamilton Joe, but this is about the fourth post on the ninth A favorites that list Beechwood. Yours happened to be last, so I quoted it.

Quick question, is Newport in the A this year? They almost always are.

If they are, they just beat Beechwood, so how are they not a favorite if the Tigers are?

Yes Newport will be in the All A again.

There are some very good All "A" teams this year. Could this be one of the best fields, in total number of teams, talent and match-ups?

June Buchanan should win the 14th, but Hazard has the talent to beat them if JBS has an off night.

If all of the favorites make it out of their regions this would be one heck of a tournament. I cant remember one that would be better from top to bottom. I would love to see rematch of Elliot against Shelby Valley.

I've been trying to complile a list of the various regions and favorites so . . . if I've left some out, please feel free to add them in.

There are 4 to 5 Class A teams that can make some noise in the sweet 16 this season and that is very rare. This might be the best All A Classic ever.

This year and last are the two of the most talented fields that I remember...

Fair enough.

Personally, I'd remove Beechwood from the list, rather than add Newport, but they are definately number four and five. I think the contenders are NewCath, Holy Cross, and St. Hanks.

It think St. Pat takes the 10th, Holy Cross the 6th, Rose Hill the 16th, June Buchanan the 14th, Lexington Christian the 11th, and University Heights the 2nd. I don't know much about the other regions though.

Rose Hill will be no match for Elliott Co. They will run them to death. Rose Hill's only chance is to control the tempo and hope Elliott isn't knocking down 3's.
