March 26, 200818 yr Loved it, solid acting, the abrupt ending thoughmakes me ponder a sequal being it left so many ends untied. Then again I haven't read the book.

March 27, 200818 yr I loved it until the end. I was afraid the ending was going to stink and it killed what could have been one of the better movies over the years. Javier Bardem was out of this world IMO! INTENSE!!!!! He looks so much like the brother from Everybody Loves Raymond! Tommy Lee Jones is always good. Woody had a short little roll. I expected more from him. Bardem made the movie IMO. He was one of the best bad guys I think I've ever seen in a movie. I saw the movie almost a month ago and still don't know how I really feel about it. It was so good then the ending stunk! I give it a thumbs up though because it was so different and the acting was great! I left the theatre with that uneasy feeling I had when I watched the chainsaw scene in Scarface. It makes you feel a little dirty!
March 27, 200818 yr I agree about Bardem. He couldnt have played the role any better. If there is anything I remember about this movie is that I could compare every bad guy in a movie to him.
